We are deeply sorry to hear of your family’s experience at Persley Castle. This does not reflect the high standards of compassionate care that we aim to achieve in our homes and we are disappointed we fell short in this instance.
We have taken immediate action to implement major changes in the home to rectify the areas of concern and meet the recommendations set out by the Care Inspectorate.
