We would like to address your specific concerns by informing you that the home is now under new home level and senior level management. All staff now receive first-class training and induction and they are supported with continuous learning through supervision and by attending specialist courses as sourced by the company.
The new management team now practice an open and honest culture by ensuring that all accidents and incidents within the home are reported in a timely manner to the appropriate multidisciplinary team.
