Thank you for your honest and positive review. I am glad you are satisfied overall with the service we provide here at Abbeydale and recognise the hard work and dedication of our team. Sadly it is really unfortunate that we are out of the catchment area for a newspaper to be delivered daily but we support our residents to access news alternatively via the radio/Alexa in the conservatory or the new round on the television daily. Staff also do try and bring one in when requested where possible. we strive to give our residents a quality of life different from most other services available and feel it is so important to integrate into the community and have activities outside the home as well as in-house activities.
