Thank you for your review.  We take all feedback very seriously as it helps us to continually make improvements and ensure that our residents receive the best care and level of service.  We were shocked to read that you found a toilet seat was missing, and if this remains the case, we agree that it is not acceptable.  As such, we have asked our housekeeping team to double-check every room’s ensuite and curtains to ensure that any issues have already been rectified.
