Thank you for your review - I would like to take this opportunity to respond to the comments left if I may.<br><br>Staff pay - I am sure we could all agree that no matter how much healthcare staff are paid it is never enough for the wonderful job they do. In relation to staffing levels - we always have above the required dependency levels than required. The care fee rates are set by the local authority and not the home itself and all residents receive a financial assessment by social services who decide on how much they pay towards the cost of care. In respect of the decor in bedrooms, all residents and families are invited to personalise bedrooms etc to suit. Activities are delivered and these are evidenced on our social media site for those who wish to take part and granted permission for photos to be taken. Sadly there is little we can do to level out the garden fully as this is our local Derbyshire landscape. If there is anything you do wish to raise you are always welcome to visit.
