Thank you for taking the time to submit a review and for your open and honest feedback, We are sorry that the nurse call system is loud however, this is an important system that alerts staff when residents require assistance or in an emergency. Unfortunately, the design of the system does not allow for it to be turned down in certain areas. Staff try their best to answer these promptly and both the Home Manager and Deputy Manager monitor this during walk rounds. We are sorry to hear that you have had issues with our laundry service, we do have a system in place which is supported by our keyworker process. We currently have a focus on the keyworker process and are hopeful that the outcome of this will contribute to a better laundry service.
