Thank you for taking the time to review the home. <br><br>I appreciate your concerns regarding staffing, the home is now fully recruited for care roles and use agency to cover sickness or last-minute holiday. We have a great relationship with our new agency which means the agency colleagues feel very much part of our home team and this allows for great continuity of care. Residents and families are commenting on these relationships with positivity. Our care team are dedicated to making a difference and work hard to build relationships with every resident to ensure they feel supported, cared for and very much at home. <br><br>As you will have experienced, when concerns are raised, we work in partnership with families to understand the concern and put measures in place to rectify these and meet regularly to ensure progress is being shared.
