During the period your mother stayed with us at Gwen Walford House, the home was undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment, encompassing all bedrooms and communal areas. Despite these renovations, we made every possible effort to have our only available bedroom decorated in time for your mother's admission.
Regrettably, the time constraints associated with the refurbishment prevented our staff from thoroughly inspecting the presentation standards of the bedroom. We sincerely apologise for any shortcomings in this regard, as this is not the standard we set out to achieve.
