Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for us. We were very disappointed to read that there were areas that you were unhappy with resulting in receiving a low rating. We take all feedback good and bad very seriously and are sorry that you feel we have not met our normally high standards of five stars. As you were aware and agreed the move was made due to replacing the flooring in the room and you were happy with the suggested alternative room.
