Dear Jackie, we are sorry to hear that you feel unsatisfied with our care here at Maples. You mention the CQC report – we are, of course, extremely disappointed with this. However, we would like to reassure you that we have taken CQC’s feedback very seriously and have already made positive changes. For example, the home’s new top team are very experienced, and also determined to make all the changes that are deemed necessary. With the support of our home team, we will continue to work hard to ensure that our care is safe, effective, caring and responsive at all times to the needs of our residents.
