Her care notes were always available on demand and due to the law governing GDPR, we could only give it to the nominated member of the family. Our apologies if you feel that the care was not to your expectation. Other members of the family have always been grateful for the care we have provided and even thanked our team members who attended the funeral on the 2nd of January 2024.
