Dear Jean,<br>Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our care home, we are very happy to hear you and your aunt are happy with everything, especially the staff, this is so important.<br>We were disappointed to learn that you found a table was not cleaned to the expected standard. We have a great domestic team who work very hard to keep the home clean at all times, but obviously, this was missed and we apologise for that. We will endeavour to not let this happen again.
