We have tried to reach out to you personally prior to this review, attempting contact on the phone and email.<br>Transparency is key and it is important for me to share some information with you:<br>- Our manager is the 3rd manager here at the home - the home opened with a commissioning manager (experienced in setting up and opening homes) and it is very common for these managers to move on once the home is established. Each manager has enhanced the home and developed the team positively.<br>- We are recruiting for care roles and use agency to cover sickness or late holiday.<br>Our residents' wellbeing is at the heart of all we do, and again I always welcome and encourage feedback that will enhance a resident's experience with us. It would not be appropriate for us to comment further given we're unable to discuss with you directly. Our manager would be available at a time that suits you.
