Beddell House was rated as Good in our most recent inspection and is always fully staffed to meet our residents' needs. We provide first-class, award-winning food, which is nutritionally balanced and tailored to the needs of every individual. Our care staff are highly trained caring individuals who work hard to give the residents a high quality of life, therefore it is sad to receive such a negative public review, especially when we have informal and formal policies and procedures in place for families or residents to discuss their concerns at the time they occur. <br>We are sorry you were not happy with the service and hope you have found a new provider who can meet your expectations.
