During each meal, we ask our resident if they are enjoying their meal and make any changes required. We have an express menu that residents can choose from if the main menu is not to their liking that day. We ask for regular feedback via feedback forms that staff support residents to complete after meals, so our chefs can make any changes required to improve the menu.
