Thank you for your review and bringing your concerns to our attention.<br>It's disappointing to hear about the problems you have mentioned as none of these were highlighted whilst your friend stayed at the home.  Had we have known about your concerns at the time we would have done everything in our power to rectify them.<br>Our menus offer a wide variety of choices and we ensure there is always a daily choice which includes vegetables.  Our activity provision is planned in advance and displayed around the home. Whilst we endeavour to keep to the programme, inevitably things will change. I know that your friend was offered to take part in some of these but declined.<br>I'm glad you were finally able to find a suitable alternative to be closer to your friend which you originally wanted.
