We are disappointed to read that you have had a negative experience and have been frustrated with the level of service received at our Care Home.
My understanding is that several meetings took place between our Manager and the family to address any concerns over the care provided.
We do have a complaints policy in place, and your concerns could have been brought to the attention of the Directors who would have actively worked with you to resolve them.
We would like to state that we do strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and improve our service user's experience wherever possible.
We are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations and as part of our continual learning and improvement policy, we will conduct a full review in our practices and procedures and address any shortfalls that are identified.
