We value feedback highly as this helps shape our continuous improvement to ensure quality of care for our residents and their families. We do use agency staff, who are also fully trained and they have been a great support to us and the residents at this time, we are looking into your complaint and do have a thorough complaints procedure in the home. In some rare high needs or nursing care we may not be able to meet the needs of a resident, you would be supported in finding a more suitable placement. We understand how stressful it is to lose a loved one and care very much about all the residents at Stambridge.
