Dear Jill, thank you very much for your feedback. I was happy that we had the chance to speak about the rating that you have given us and I have taken in consideration all of your comments. I have discussed  with the chef and together with the residents, we will review in our next residents' meeting (1st February) to find out their thoughts on the menu. We appreciate very much all the comments and we like to improve our standards on a daily basis. A member of staff will send you monthly collages with Mum's participation in our daily activities.
