I'm sorry this has been your experience and would like to take the opportunity to explain that ClwydAlyn act as the housing management for Llys Eleanor, which is an independent living scheme for people aged 60 plus. Care and Support for those that require additional support as not fully independent is via the Local Authority. If there is an issue accessing your family member by the main entrance to the service then we can support with repairs or you can request an access fob with the agreement of your family member. We will make tenants aware of the risks you have raised of them letting visitors into the service and their home.
I'm sorry you feel the response the team have made is rude and not our intention within an independent scheme for ClwydAlyn tenants. If you have concerns regarding your family member however please speak with the manager who can provide solutions regarding your future access.
