Firstly, we’d like to express our regret for the challenges your mother has faced during her stay with us, and we’re sorry for any distress this situation may have caused.<br><br>We have initiated an investigation into the matters highlighted, including the falls your mother experienced, concerns about personal hygiene, and the perceived lack of interaction with both staff and other residents – and there are a number of factors at play, some of which are centred on your mother’s personal preferences and individual choices.<br><br>We always look to work collaboratively with our residents and their families to address specific needs and requests.
