I am sorry to hear that you feel we did not support your father appropriately in his choices. Please do contact me so that I can provide information on how, together with the hospital discharge team and our Domiciliary Care Manager, we have supported your father in understanding the various options available to him at the time of his hospital discharge and how your father came to make the decision to move to our care home for a respite stay. We are sure this will provide you with reassurance that ethical and supportive steps were followed.
