It's lovely to read that you find our care home manager to be very open and honest, with the home having a relaxed atmosphere and that all of the care team members are pleasant and kind. I have to agree, Kent House is a lovely care home and that is 90% plus down to the hard work and dedication of our care team there, I know they will all really appreciate your kind words.
