Your Mother was moved to the third floor, after she fell and fractured her hip. We were able to care for her better there when her caring needs became more complex.
My Team confirms that the photos, posters and a painting which her son had painted for her were hung on the walls in her room.
We received your e-mail querying the account on the 9th of January 2024. My Team responded to your mail on the 12th of January and directed you to clause 14.1 of the contract regarding the fee’s procedure which you signed.
