Thank you for your feedback.<br>We appreciate that it can be difficult to rate activities if these do not fall during the time of a visit, or cannot be discussed with your loved one. We have activity planners in the communal areas, as well as photos on our photo boards in the communal areas so that you are able to take a look when visiting. We welcome any suggestions for activities that you may have. We have recently worked through the home carrying out upgrades as part of our larger refurbishment plan, including in resident bedrooms. We would be more than happy for you to view any other available bedrooms that we have to see if we can better meet your preference, as we do have a variety of different rooms. Although questionnaires are sent out on a yearly basis, please feel welcome to approach us at any time with suggestions on any improvements that we can make. Our priority in furnishing and décor is functionality and comfort, and we welcome your ideas and preferences.
