There are many activities that do take place each week in the Home which we encourage all residents to participate in if they want to. <br>I just wanted to confirm that the home is not short-staffed at all and is all staff are employed by us with little or no agency staff involved. We also run a staff bank scheme to offer flexibility for those members of staff who cannot commit to a regular number of hours each week.
