Thank you for your review.  I am sorry that you felt that we had not met your individual expectations.  For those who are living with dementia, every journey is different and unique.  We, like all providers, have to at times make decisions that are hard for all involved after exploring as many other resolutions before matters are sometimes taken out of our hands.  I am pleased that your friend has settled well into a home that can meet his specialised needs.
