We understand the importance of dignity and respect in caring for our residents, and we take any concerns regarding this matter very seriously. We always investigate any shortcomings in our service, and welcome the Care Inspectorate into our home to ensure that we are always meeting their guidelines. Further to this, we carry out extensive internal auditing to ensure that we are maintaining our standards at all times. All of our staff in our homes receive training in how to treat and care for our residents during their stay with us.
We will take on board your feedback and are actively examining our training and values to reinforce the significance of dignified care and to prevent similar experiences in the future.
