Thank you for taking the time to review our care home. Sorry that you felt we did not meet your expectations in some areas of our service. I hope that having spoken to our clinical nurse manager we have resolved any concerns you may have. Please do not hesitate to come speak to us as we have an open door policy and our clinical nurse manager is present on the area four days a week. We always welcome feedback and comments to help us improve our services.
