We are pleased to hear that your father-in-law was happy at the home during the time that he was with us. However, we can only apologise to you unreservedly about the instance of poor communication that you refer to. The nurse on duty at the time is no longer working for Inglewood Nursing Home. We recognise the importance of being transparent with our residents, families and GP practices at this difficult time.
