I am sorry to hear that you feel the level of service was bad. I feel that adult social care and myself went to great lengths to reassure you of the current situation with your mum's care. Adult Social Care tried their best to keep your mum at Linden House where she was happy and settled, but unfortunately, there are times when a person's needs change and they can no longer be safely cared for in a particular setting, despite all efforts. It was not adult social care's preferred choice to assist in the moving of your mum to another home of your choice after 18 months while your mum living at Linden House.
