Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with responses to our emails - your queries have always been directed to your loved one's Social Worker for a resolution as the Power of Attorney for Health is not with yourself. I know this is frustrating. The social worker for your loved one is fully aware. We are pleased to see your comments regarding the care staff. Prior to a resident moving into one of our homes we always encourage loved ones to visit first to ensure they are happy with all areas. This was the case for you - we haven't made any alterations to the garden or views. Like any home we can have issues with the internet at times unfortunately, the network provider have been upgrading their network, as we have experienced service issues as well.
