Thank you for acknowledging all our staff are friendly and you are happy with your fathers care. I agree with you regarding the door however it is part of the maintenance plan to redecorate the entire long corridor. The grass has started to grow again now and gardening plans are in place for the spring period which includes planting another tree within the next few days where the previous one has been felled.
