Thank you for this review. We are sorry to read this feedback so long after your mothers stay. I do agree there were areas of improvement taken and found during her stay and as promised and as discussed the clinical team worked with the care team to resolve the difficulties that were found. Sadly this time, time was against us only having days to turn around and also time to allow her to settle with her dementia. This has resulted in some learnings taken forward which has led to a better standard of service so we thank you for enabling this to occur. Communication has now improved and we do hope we can reassure you of the actions taken going forward. We do hope you feel able to pop in again sometime to see us so that we can go through these learnings with you. We wish you and your family well with your ongoing care experience.
