We were aware of the issues you have outlined  and tackled those speedily at the time they were raised, as we take all information received from our relatives and their loved ones seriously. <br> <br>We understand, while there was suggestion of your mother's health requiring hospital care, her desire was to stay at Luncarty, despite being a residential home that does not offer palliative care as a matter of course. The home team did all they could to accommodate this for the family, which included arranging external clinical services, but we are saddened to hear this additional work did not meet your expectations.
