On the whole, we strive to deliver a varied tasteful diet which caters for all, and we are sorry to hear that your experience does not match with our food & beverage strategy. Although most of our feedback in relation to our food/dining experience remains highly positive, we are sorry that on this occasion we have not exceeded your expectations. We will address your comments personally and look into ways to improve your overall dining experience here at Barnet Grange. With regards to blood test results, I will refer this to the Nurse Care manager, and she will discuss this further with you.
