I apologise that you feel that your mums' experience within the home was a negative one. I would like to reassure you that our home is not understaffed and as you have kindly pointed out staff do their best with resources that are available. In relation to the buzzer, I would like to reassure you that staff tried to rectify this issue by contacting our external nurse call bell professionals who were informed this was an emergency. Unfortunately, they were unable to attend till the next day, however, to ensure timely welfare checks were completed extra system checks were implemented.
