All feedback is extremely important to us and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding poor management and safeguarding issues. We take all feedback seriously and always welcome the opportunity to meet with resident’s families to discuss any concerns they may have at the earliest opportunity to enable any concerns to immediately be addressed. However, upon review, we have been unable to find a record of any complaint, or details of any issues raised previously but should you wish to provide us with any emails you have sent raising any concerns previously or further information, then we will be more than happy to undertake a more thorough investigation of your complaint. A new Home Manager has recently been appointed who has an open-door policy. We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience and we wish you and your family the very best for the future but, team Marmaduke work hard to ensure that all our residents have the highest levels of care.
