I am completely dismayed that you have submitted this review and its contents. I am sorry that you feel that you and your mother received such a negative experience. I am also very upset that at no point did you make me aware of any of these concerns at the time as I would have dealt with these immediately. After doing some investigation I feel that some of the content of your concerns is not completely correct. I would be more than willing to meet with you face to face to discuss this with you so that we can both have a better understanding and implement any learning outcomes moving forward.
