We would like to thank you for leaving such a lovely and detailed review of our care home. As we have discussed, we are really enjoying having your mum with us and seeing her settle and adapt to living at the Fountains. We really do appreciate you taking the time to give such brilliant feedback.  We pride ourselves on providing the very best person-centred care and our staff team are at the forefront of this.
