We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We have investigated the comments made thoroughly. We are surprised to see this review, as when we last spoke regarding your husband you assured me you understood what had happened and how the home had acted in the best interest and followed the discharge instructions from the Hospital. We understand this was an issue with the discharge information and medication supplied by the hospital was not correctly prescribed. We would recommend you issue a complaint to the NHS. I checked up on your husband after he had arrived at the home to ensure he was settling in okay. Following this our care staff assisted him in calling you and showed him where the nurse call bell was as well as leaving this by his side. We were unfortunately not made aware by him that he was feeling unwell. From our documentation, the ambulance arrived c. 20 minutes later. We hope your husband is doing well.
