We are sorry to learn that you have had a negative experience. We strive to deliver outstanding care to all our residents and their families. Following our internal investigation, we identified some shortcomings and we are currently working on improvements. We don't agree with some of your comments as they don't offer true reflection of the services provided. We have got a fully operational mechanism for raising concerns above the care home level, if for whatever reason, offering local feedback is not possible. Unfortunately, this was not utilized and we were alerted to your issues via this review only. We operate a feedback system for visitors, who can rate their visit as follows - Poor, Average, Good, Very Good. During the whole time of your mother's stay at Wyndham House, there were no visits made by her family, rated as Poor, one was rated Average, seven Good and 56 were Very Good. Once again, we are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.
