Thank you for completing a review for the home. We are so pleased that you have seen a difference with your mum since coming to live with us. The staff support in a person-centered way to ensure that all of the residents maintain their independence. Activities are an important part of life at the home and this is where confidence is gained and maintained.  We enjoy having families coming into the home and being part of activities and events that the home organise on a weekly basis. I will ensure that all staff are made aware of your comments.
