We wanted to acknowledge your review. First of all, the circumstances you describe after leaving our care at Milestone must be upsetting for you. We thought it might be helpful to explain how our support works. The Milestone service provides onsite care and support to residents for a defined period of time. The Milestone service does not extend to the housing and other community support you mention, after a resident leaves our care. Of course, we always want to be upfront and if you feel that we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us at Milestone, we do have a complaints and feedback process.
