Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have only received one concern from you, regarding the bowls being too hot, and that matter has been addressed. You also scored activities one star, but have not said why. I will arrange for our head chef and head of lifestyles to meet with you to discuss the concerns you have, because we want to do what we can to make any improvements and be a better place to live. I am sorry that we have not met your expectations and that you have experienced this.
