We were extremely disappointed to read of the concerns raised in your review and can assure you that they are not commensurate with the standard of care that is both expected and delivered daily at Kitwood House (currently rated GOOD after a recent CQC inspection).  However, we are pleased to report that following this review a meeting held with you was a positive one and a plan is in place. We actively encourage all visitors to our home, no matter what their relationship to our residents, to contact our home manager immediately if there is any cause for concern whatsoever and thank you for drawing our attention to this matter.
