Whilst I am delighted to hear that the care given to your mum over the last ten years has been 100 percent, I am really disappointed to read your review of the last few months. We have not been made aware of any issues to do with the new Manager and none have been raised during your Mum's in person care plan reviews /nor at the relatives meeting. I am also sorry that we were no longer able to meet your Mum's mental health needs at Sutton Lodge and we hope she has settled well into her new care home.
