We have looked into the issue following your review and we understand this has been escalated during your visits and has already been dealt with. We take the quality of our care very seriously and we have fully trained and qualified nurses in the building 24/7 along with management teams available on call at all times. Upon reviewing the issue, we can see the evidence of all the necessary steps taken and the care is delivered appropriately in accordance with the residents' needs and based on the recommendations given by the multidisciplinary team. We understand these situations can be distressing and we are sorry again if you may have faced any inconvenience.
