We want to clarify that all fees, details of deposit and terms are clearly outlined in our residents' contracts which are agreed and signed prior to admission to one of our care homes, we endeavour to be transparent in our communication with families. We can assure you that our residents' well-being is a priority to us, and the matter of the deposit was dealt with directly with your husband's grandmother's next of kin, and an amicable agreement has been reached, this agreement has been confirmed as satisfactory by all parties concerned. We understand that moving a loved one to a new care home can be a distressing time, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
