It is so lovely to hear how friendly you find the staff at Ruthven Towers. We are also sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with certain aspects of the home. We understand that the chef has met with your auntie to discuss the menu and he attends the residents monthly meeting to address any concerns. Also, the Home Manager has met with your auntie individually as well as at the monthly residents meetings. If you would like to talk with the Home Manager about any of your concerns, she is more than happy to meet with you.
